Live Lokai, a bracelet with a mission, recently released their newest bracelet and we
have it on our shelves! This colorful piece supports the foundation Make-a-Wish, an
organization that grants wishes to children who have life threatening illnesses or
diseases. The neon colors represent the hope that it can bring to children. It shows
the spark of passion that these children experience when they can have a wish
granted for them in the mayhem of their illness. By supporting Make-a-Wish, we are
helping to make these children’s wishes come true.
Live Lokai has a multitude of foundations that they support. Each bracelet has a
different color, which exemplifies the foundation it supports. At Christina’s, we carry
the red bracelet, in support of Save the Children, an organization that helps kids
learn from early ages and stay safe in their environments. We carry the purple
bracelet, which supports the Alzheimer’s Association, which contributes money to
furthering research on Alzheimer’s disease. We also carry the classic clear bracelet,
which donates 10% of net profits to other partnering charities.
Many celebrities have been shown wearing these different bracelets in support of
the various foundations. Joe Jonas, Cam Newton, Olivia Holt, and Ariana Grande just
to name a few. Each of these celebrities are shown wearing the pink Lokai bracelet,
which supports the Susan G. Komen foundation, the world’s largest breast cancer
organization.
